Refund policy

The Tisai area pass is a one-time purchase of $7 that gives you 72 hours of questions about an area. It is not a subscription and never renews.

When you can get a refund

If the pass did not help, you can ask for a full refund while both of these are true:

• the pass is still inside its 72 hours, and
• you have asked five questions or fewer since buying it.

Your first two answered questions in an area are free, and questions nobody could answer never count, so you can judge the quality before you pay anything.

How to ask

In the app, open Me, then My passes, and tap Refund on the pass. Or email hello@tisai.app from the address on your account. Passes bought through the App Store are refunded through Apple to your original payment method; other refunds return to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. A pass paid with pass credit is returned as credit.

What a refund does

The pass ends immediately, and the earnings that contributors received from that pass are reversed.

If something went wrong that this page does not cover, such as being charged twice, write to us and we will fix it.
